The LINQ 2015 Conference Programme has been published: download it here!

LINQ 2015 will be enriched by a special Conference Event: Explore Inspiring Science Education! The pioneering Inspiring Science Education initiative (ISE) will host a special conference event centred on their experience in technology-enhanced science education.

The fourth annual LINQ conference on “Learning Innovations and Quality” will convene renowned international keynotes, experts and voices from the field for presenting and discussing the scientific and practice papers selected by the International Programme Committee in double-blind peer-review, in addition to sixteen research project presentations. The selected six distinct and interactive workshops demonstrate LINQ 2015’s dedication to furthering quality education and facilitating interaction between all participants.

Corroborating LINQ’s themes, distinguished organisations have promised their support for LINQ 2015. The UNESCO Institute for IT in Education (IITE – iite.unesco.org) has announced its patronage of the conference and its Officer-in-Chief Dr. Alexander Khoroshilov will hold one of the core keynotes.

Furthermore, Europe’s largest learning technology project, Open Discovery Space (ODS – www.opendiscoveryspace.eu), will host a High-Level Pre-Conference Event on Innovative School Education, a theme regarding which the project has collected uniquely extensive experience.

And the Workshop on Inclusive Education organized by UNESCO and EBE-EUSMOSI will be the second pre-conference event.

Finally the TELL US Award showcase will complete the LINQ pre-conference workshops on 11th of May 2015.

In addition, members from the co-hosting International Community of Open Research and Education (ICORE – www.icore-online.org) will contribute to LINQ 2015 by an interactive plenary session exploring and discussing the potential connections and interactions between open research and educational practices.

The complete LINQ 2015 programme can be found here and is available as download here.

Though non-profit in nature, the conference fee and registration through the LINQ website is required. The fee includes all provisions, including warm lunches, coffee breaks, the conference bag, and a copy of the official conference proceedings. Registration for LINQ 2015 is still open, but interested parties should act quickly, as accommodations are limited.
